Our packages are a great way to get you started with ClosetMaid.
They include all of the shelving and hardware that you need to create a utility storage area as illustrated in the design pictures above. Packages are delivered flat packed, with assembly instructions, labelled hardware, and informative diagrams for easy installation.
This package uses the ClosetMaid Linen style of shelving, with Adjustable ShelfTrack Hardware. The package will include:
4 x Full width shelves
2 x Shelves up to 1,22m/ 4' wide
1 x Set of ShelfTrack Drawers
ShelfTrack drawers are included in the price and comprise of one 8cm/ 3.2" deep drawer, three 18cm/ 7" deep drawers, drawer stops, runners, and mesh shelves on top of each drawer which can act as further shelving depending on spacing between each drawer. The drawers are 53cm/ 21" wide and 43cm/ 17" deep.
Select the position of the shelves to suit your storage requirements upon installation. Adjust the position as and when you need to simply by unhooking the support brackets from the track system and selection a new position!
If you have less than 1,83m/ 6' then you can trim the shelving down to suit your exact measurements with a hacksaw or boltcutters. This will allow you to create the perfect fit for your storage area.
You can choose the depth of your shelving from the options above, as well as the wall construction which is required so that we can ensure we send you the correct hardware. All hardware is only mounted to the rear wall. Note that you should allow an additional 2,54cm/ 1" of space for the hardware on top of the actual depth of the shelf/ drawers (which ever is greater) for overall dimensions. I.e. if you select the 30,5cm/ 12" deep shelving, you will need clearance of at least 45,72cm/ 18" in your cupboard/ utility/ laundry area to allow for the ShelfTrack drawers too. If you select the 50,8cm/ 20" deep shelving, you will need clearance of at least 53,34cm/ 21" deep for your storage area.
Stud Walls - We will provide toggle bolt hardware which does not require fixing directly to the studs.
Solid Walls - We will provide screws with anchors/ rawl plugs, you can also use these fixings with stud walls if you are fixing directly into wooden studs.
