Home office layout three is a great design for maximising the office space in your home without being too intrusive on your room.

The shelving fixes to the back wall ONLY and you can select the design in a number of different shelf depths to suit your requirements.

This design will suit spaces up to 12' (3.66m) wide. The design includes a 72" (183cm) wide section of desk space to the left hand side with a top shelf above. Beside this a 48" (122cm) wide section of six shelves ideal for folders, files, stationery etc. To the right is a 24" (61cm) wide section of four shelves for further storage of folders, files, discs and stationery with a freestanding drawer system below. The drawer system stands at 30" (76cm) tall x 19" (48cm) wide x 23" (58cm) deep. The drawer system comprises of one 3" (8cm) deep drawer, three 7" (18cm) deep drawers, drawer stops, floor protector caps and a plastic moulded top.

As this design uses our ShelfTrack fixing system, it enables you to select the height of your shelves and adjust them as you need to, simply by unclipping the brackets and slotting them into the most suitable position along the track.
