This is our best selling Utility layout. People love it as they get to maximise their storage space by getting 5 full width (244cm / 96") shelves but still have room to fit in their laundry basket next to the lowest shelf which is only 152cm / 60" wide.

This layout comes with our ideal 30.5cm / 12" deep Linen shelving. The shelving's wire design allows ventilation in your cupboard so your garments are kept fresh and dry!

Our linen shelving also comes in 40.6cm / 16" deep. Please be sure to select the correct option when ordering the layout, and note that the pricing for 40.6cm / 16" deep shelving is slightly higher.

Our systems must attach to the back wall but will attach to side walls if they are available. Our drawings are shown with both side walls but some people will not have these walls to fix to, and therefore we need to know which wall(s) are available so that we can send the correct components so that you can install your shelving properly. Please select the correct option from the drop down menu below, which best describes the availability of your side walls as though facing your utility/airing cupboard enclosure working left to right.

We recommend that when checking your dimensions you ensure that you have a minimum ceiling height of 216cm / 85". When using 30.5cm / 12" shelving a minimum cupboard depth of 36cm / 13" is required, when using 40.6cm / 16" shelving a minimum cupboard depth of 46cm / 18" is required. 

Our systems CAN be fixed to stud walls and solid walls with no problems, as long as they are built to standard building regulations.
