When using shelf support poles to support the front edges of your shelves you will need to buy pole clips. If you purchase a 1009, the pole will come with 6 Shelf & Rod pole clips, which you may need to change if you plan to use Linen, SuperSlide or Closemesh shelving. If you are using contractor poles – 117/118, you will need to purchase the pole clips separately. You will need to buy one of these pole clips for every shelf you are supporting per pole. These clips have a smaller gauge on them compared to the 977 clips, as they are designed for Linen, SuperSlide and CloseMesh shelving, so if you are using Shelf & Rod shelving please use 977 clips. These clips are made from white plastic.
